- Our Road Scholar group
- 18 in all, two vans, 9 per van, one VERY experienced coordinator and a really groovy field staff/transportation specialist (me)
- Our first day...?
- Pick up at 8am from Prescott
- Stop at coordinators house for footstools (left behind)
- Travel to the Montezuma's Castle via The Verde Valley
- Stop at a geologically special pull out for a short lecture
- On to Sedona Via two continuous circles around the turnabouts (to feel the Vortex benefits...I felt dizzy!)
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- A tourist stop at old town Sedona
- They shopped for an hour
- We hiked for an hour...cool!
- A beautiful drive through Oak Creek Canyon
- On to Flagstaff
- Check in at the local hotel
- Dinner at a local Flag restaurant
- A fabulous lecture about Wauba Yuma's people at 7 pm (NAU)
- Over At 9pm
- Blog...
- Cause I love ya'all so damn much!
- Tomorrow is another day...
TWILIGHT IS THAT SPECIAL PLACE BETWEEN THE END OF NIGHT AND THE BEGINNING OF DAY. A PLACE THAT WE OFTEN FIND OURSELVES IN THROUGH THE COURSES OF LIFE. A WOMAN AND HER MOON IS A VERY SPECIAL AND CELABRATED PLACE AMONGST NATIVE AMERICAN PEOPLES, AND BETWEEN MISS BECKY AND I...THE SPIRIT OF BEING AWARE OF THAT POWER IN US.
